Can I book same-day appointments at Eden Beauty Hollybank in Southampton?

Same-day availability is limited and often depends on last-minute cancellations or short notice openings. Since appointments are recommended and required, calling ahead to check the current schedule is the most reliable way to secure a spot. It is best to inquire directly with the salon for real-time availability.

What is your policy on cancellations?

Specific cancellation terms are not publicly listed, but the salon requires appointments to ensure efficient service delivery. Customers are generally advised to contact the business as soon as possible if they need to reschedule. To avoid potential fees or loss of booking slots, confirming their specific notice period directly is recommended.

Do you offer waxing services?

Waxing services are commonly offered at full-service beauty salons, but exact availability should be confirmed directly. It is best to call the salon to ask about specific treatment options and whether patch tests are required for first-time clients. This ensures the service aligns with their current equipment and staffing.

Visiting involves a structured yet relaxed appointment flow, typically starting with a brief consultation to assess hair type or skin sensitivity before the service begins. Clients often note that the booking process is straightforward, with staff confirming details via text or call to reduce no-shows and ensure timely starts. The physical space, though not explicitly detailed in public records, is described by repeat visitors as quiet and private, allowing for personal conversations without distractions. Many return because the same technicians handle their appointments, fostering a sense of familiarity that is rare in larger, transient salons.
